67supps was founded by Ron Scolesdang, a WCK Muay Thai Super Lightweight World Champion with more than 20 years of training in Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After competing at the highest level and serving as General Manager of Team Oyama MMA & Fitness — one of Southern California's most respected gyms — Ron built 67supps around the principles that drive elite performance: discipline, recovery, and showing up every single day.
